Officially the City of Los Angeles and often known by its initials L.A. The city is  famous as the home of Hollywood and it’s also  the home of stars. It is the most populous city in the state of California and the second-most populous city in the United States. Also, Los Angeles has the only remaining wooden lighthouse in the state.

WHERE IS LOS ANGELES ?

The city is located along the coast of the Pacific Ocean in the south of the State of California. The area is surrounded by the San Gabriel Mountain range and divided by the Santa Monica Mountains. Area Rivers include the Los Angeles, Rio Hondo, San Gabriel, and Santa Clara rivers.

WHAT TO SEE IN LOS ANGELES ?

I already said that L.A. is the home of Hollywood. The city’s Hollywood neighborhood has become recognized as the center of the motion picture industry.
The Hollywood Walk of Fame comprises more than 2,600 five-pointed stars embedded in the sidewalks.
Beverly Hills is known worldwide as a premier destination for luxury.
Universal Studios Hollywood is a place for the whole family.
Also you should visit the Griffith Observatory, the Griffith Observatory’s grounds, exhibits, and telescopes are available free to the public each day the building is open.
The Space Shuttle Endeavour at the California Science Center, it is a retired orbiter from NASA‘s Space Shuttle program.
The USS Iowa Museum is a maritime museum. The museum’s main artifact is the USS Iowa (BB-61), lead ship of the Iowa class of battleships.
Air Force One at the Ronald Regan Library.The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Center for Public Affairs is the presidential library and final resting place of Ronald Wilson Reagan. A 90,000-square-foot exhibit hangar serves as the setting for the permanent display of the Boeing 707 aircraft utilized as Air Force One during Reagan’s administration.
